IMPORT *from CHINA* - PURCHASING Administrator

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
  • Ability to quickly able to adapt and understand the company's basic purchasing system and procedures.
  • Involve in co-ordination of the procurement function against the company policy and procedures.
  • Ability to focus on process improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing department activities.
  • Continuous follow-up with assigned supplier accounts.

Main Requirements include, but not limited to:
  • Female
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
  • Min. 2 year experience in Purchasing background job.
  • Good knowledge of purchasing system and able to evaluate and monitor supplies’ performance.
  • Familiar with foreign trade procedures and business. “QC experience is preferable”.
  • Either being Experienced or Quick Learner is the most essential quality.
  • Organized and systematic character is essential.
  • Strong analytical thinking and Good interpersonal skill.
  • Computer literate especially Microsoft Office *Word & Excel*.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to write and speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
