Condominium Manager (For A New & Prestigious Condominium)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day operations of the sites
  
• Planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities
  
• Leads a team of technical officers/technicians in trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance
  
• Attend to any other duties as and when required by the Management.
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Job role in Property Management or equivalent.
  
• Full-Time positions available.
  
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
