A fast expanding company located in Wisma Slipi is looking for the following position:
I.Accounting or Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Understand about goverment tax system
- Payroll administration
- Liaising with auditors, tax advisors and statutory authorities
- Provide support in all matters related to financial management of the company
- Prepare sales/purchase reports
- Payroll
- Prepare/monitor cash flow and manage petty cash
Requirements:
- Female, single between 25 - 30 years of age
- Diploma in Accounting / Finance with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience at the same position / Degree or similar professional qualification in Accounting with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Experienced in taking care of office administrative task
- Practical knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, as well standard bookkeeping practices
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
II.Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Perform sales administration, i.e. order processing, prepare quotations, delivery order, invoices, reports and etc
- Attend to customers enquires and provide excellent customer service, pre-and-post sales
- Assist in preparing and submitting shipping documentations
- Providing support to sales/marketing personnel and etc
- Coordinate with forwarder, transporter and warehouse to ensure smooth shipping activities
- Other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder with some work related experience preferred
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sense of urgency and a team player
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Fluent in both written and soken English
- Abilty to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
