I.ASSISTANT MANAGER FORECAST (AMF)
Responsible to explore markets needs and demands by research, developing design for fulfillments and coordinating with production department for produce.
Requirement :
* Male/ Female, maximum age of 35 years
* Min. S1 Industrial Engineering or Management Industry.
* At least 3 years experience in manufacturing.
* Able to operate statistical program
* Full Time - Permanent

II. SUPERVISOR MERCHANDISER (SMC)
Responsible for maintaining display, searching new opportunity for new piece for display, coordinating & controlling Merchandiser.
Requirement :
* Male/ Female, max age 35 years
* Min D3 degree, any major
* At least 2 years experience in related field preferable in building material
* Having driving license A & C is a must
* Able to travel to other cities intensively
* Full Time - Permanent
* Based in Jakarta & Bali
* Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written, preferably Mandarin spoken
III.SUPERVISOR SHOWROOM (SPS)
Responsible to showroom operational activities and to provide design for customer.
Requirement :

* Min S1 degree, Architecture/ Interior Design
* At least 2 years experience in related field preferable in building material.
* Able to operate Auto Cad 3D and Archicad program

IV.SUPERVISOR ACCOUNTING (SPA)
This position will be responsible for supervising accounting and administration daily activity for accounting.
Requirement :
* Male/Female, Max age 30 years
* Minimum S1 degree in Accounting from reputable university
* Minimum 3 years experience as Accounting Supervisor
* Strong knowledge in Accounting System, preferably known the consolidation report

V. ASSISTANT MANAGER, SALES PROJECT (AMS)
You will assist the Manager in identifying, establishing initial negotiation, following up and securing business deal for property/project housing.
Requirement :
* Female, Max age 30 years
* Minimum S1 degree in architect/interior design.
* Posses at least 2 years of hands on experience.
* Able to operate Auto CAD and 3 D.
* Intensive traveling is a must.

* Based in Surabaya - East Java.
* Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written, preferably Mandarin spoken
VI. REGIONAL MANAGER, SALES (RMS)
This position will be responsible for planning and developing the sales growth of Central Javamarket. Task cover: identifying, building and maintaining the most effective channels to the market through networks, building an appropriate organization to achieve the company objectives. Will also you manage the branch operating activities including financial performance of the branch.
Requirement:
* Male
* Minimum S1 degree, preferably management/marketing discipline.
* Minimum 5 years experience marketing in building materials or related industries will be a definite advantage.
* Able to travel extensively.
* Full Time - Permanent.
* Based in Semarang - Central Java.
* Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written, preferably Mandarin spoken
General Requirement :
You should be good in analytical, independent and able to take initiative, computer literacy. Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure. Highly result-oriented. Proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written. Preferable Mandarin spoken.
